When To Act

When you need category 3 blackwater cleanup.

Blackwater is anything carrying sewage, toilet water from past the trap, or floodwater that has crossed the ground outside.

In Charlotte it usually arrives in one of a few ways. Main line backups pushing waste up through a basement floor drain or a downstairs shower.
Toilet overflows that have soaked through to the room below. Stormwater intrusion after a heavy cell parks itself over the Sugar Creek catchment for an hour and refuses to move.
